Typical Build Times

For most manufacturers are 10-15 working days if we don't have the table in stock. These times can fluctuate due to seasonal demand, raw material availability and factory production deadlines.

Once Your Order Has Been Placed

We contact you and discuss all aspects of your order as we feel personal contact reassures you that you are dealing with one of the longest established pool table supply companies in the UK.
At this early stage we give you our craftsman fitters telephone number so you can discuss upcoming mutual timings on possible delivery.

Delivery/Installation Dates

They are very flexible and as they plan their work weeks in advance they can do early mornings or later times to suit both parties. Their timings are precise - no waiting in for hours with our service (subject to the usual traffic, weather etc.) and you have their number to discuss your local area regards sat nav directions etc.

Pay On The Day

If you have chosen our 'pay cash on the day ' option they will liaise with you prior to discuss amounts required. A full VAT invoice and receipt is always issued. Find out more

Manufacturer’s Guarantees

All products we sell are covered by manufacturers' 12 months guarantees. This is against defects in the product. In the case of pool tables, misuse regards pool cloth is not covered.
