How to Buy from IQ

Finding your Products

  • Navigate using the drop down menu along the top of the site using the product categories
  • The products are split into easy to navigate sections
  • The information pages can be found on the bottom menu
  • There is also a search box for products or services, located on the top left of the site

How to Order Online

  • When you have found the product(s) of your choice, simply select the size/option/quantity of the product you wish to purchase and click on the 'Add to Basket' button. This product will then be added to the shopping basket for you. Please feel free to carry on browsing - you can add further products to your shopping basket at any time.
  • Once you have finished selecting your purchases, click on the 'View Basket' link which can be found at the top right of each page. You will then see a list of the products you have selected. At this stage you can amend any quantities, remove any items or empty the shopping basket completely.
  • When you are happy with your selections, please click on the 'Checkout' link, or you can click on the pay with Amazon button.
  • Checkout link -  you will be taken through to our customer area where you can open an account with us, login in using your account details or checkout as a guest.
  • Then you will be prompted to enter your billing and delivery addresses and acknowledge the terms & conditions.
  • Payment can be made with either:
  • 1) Credit/debit card - Enter your name, card number, card type, card expiry, security code, then click Pay
  • 2) Paypal - Click Pay, this will take you to the Paypal login page where you can pay with your Paypal account or via Credit/debit card
  • 3) Amazon - Click pay with Amazon button at the bottom right of shopping basket or checkout page and follow the Amazon checkout

Please note that for all methods of payments you will be taken to a page situated on a Secure Server. Your details are fully protected at all times. No-one else will have access to your personal or card details.

Since our inception we have always offered the ‘PAY ON THE DAY’ option, as we feel that it gives all our customers THE ULTIMATE PEACE OF MIND that our e-commerce competitors cannot offer.

We are confident we can always offer the best service and always like to discuss your order with all our clients, prior to pressing the ‘buy’ button. This logical and practical approach negates any misunderstanding of our customers requirements.

We have many clients who have bought direct from e-commerce sites and then found for example, that the table will not fit or that the company concerned does not offer a delivery service to the second floor. We then pick up the pieces and talk with our clients about exactly what they need and how we can match their requirements. It could be that a dry build kit table was required in the first instance or that it needed to go onto a higher floor…. All services we are able to offer.... and with the peace of mind of our unique PAY ON THE DAY OPTION.

Returns

Should you purchase an item and having received the item decided that it is not what you wanted, then you can return the item to IQ Pool Tables within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned boxed and unopened and in re-saleable condition. If, once the product has been received by IQ Pool Tables, we are satisfied with the condition of the goods we will issue a refund. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive with damage or a factory fault please contact IQ Pool Tables by letter or email with a written description of the damage or fault. If a replacement is required, or you wish to cancel the order due to damage, then IQ Pool Tables will arrange to have the goods collected. Please remember to retain all packaging - if a product is not adequately packaged when returned it may suffer further damage. This damage would not be covered by the warranty and any subsequent costs incurred would be liable to the customer.
