Our recent customer Jason was bemused and frustrated by the attitude of sales companies he rang to ask if they could help deliver and assemble a Supreme Prince 7ft pool table in his pupose built 3rd floor games room.
The answer was negative. He then contacted IQ Pool Tables and it was all positive! We suggested a 'dry build' would be ideal as the access was restricted and there were many stairs to negotiate. Our expert team of fitters assembled the table in his games room after taking great care in getting the table components and slate upstairs; sheeting was put down and the fitters even removed their shoes every time they entered the room.
Jason was so impressed with result he sent us the photos of the job (below) and also sent us an extremely nice letter (also below!).
Not only did we complete a tricky install completely to his satisfaction, the price we quoted was cheaper than our competitors quoted for a standard table!! Our market leading accessory package was also included: FOC Aramith pool ball set, triangle, chalk, brush, 4 cues and a pool ball emblem fitted plastic cover.
JASON'S LETTER:
Having had my house specifically designed and built around a room large enough to have a decent pool table, one thing overlooked was getting the table into the room when complete.
As my pool room was on the 3rd floor of my house the room was plenty large enough but access to it was through a corridor and up some winding stairs. After various lines of enquiries from different suppliers of pool tables I was beginning to get very worried as I knew I required a dry installation of my pool table, (which is where it comes completely in kit form and is assembled in the room) but nobody seemed to want to do the job.
Luckily I came across IQ pool and from the very first conversation I had with Ian my mind was at rest. Choosing my table was easy because I knew I wanted a 7 x 4 supreme prince, price wasn't an issue because I just needed somebody to supply and install a dry fix. However IQ Pool was the cheapest price I had been quoted from anywhere including a dry fix.
When the day of installation arrived I was still a bit worried that the slate wouldn't fit through the corridor and up the stairs but Frank and his team of expert installers did it with ease, without even one mark on the walls, they even removed their shoes everytime they went into the room !!!!
I would recommend IQ pool to anyone if you have any concerns or queries speak to Ian he will never give you the hard sell just good advice and you will find out why they are the best.
I got the exact table I wanted, installed in a difficult place, at the cheapest price quoted anywhere and also loads of freebies.
